SPY still in the running....

The battle is shaping up to be fierce on the comedy side with most ABC projects in serious contention. The David Spade starrer Bad Management,, the Cullen Bros. project starring James Caan and Adam Goldberg’s How The Hell Am I Normal are strong. Also very much in the mix are Mixology, Spy, early pickupsTrophy Wife starring Malin Akerman, which has been rumored to be getting backup scripts by producer ABC Studios, Super Fun Night, which is created by and toplined by red-hot Rebel Wilson, and Middle Age Rage. Then there is the John Leguizamo-starring multi-camera pilot King John, which has come in pretty strong

Meet Ken Jeong


Ken Jeong bn July 13 1969 is a comedian, actor and former physician. He is best known for his role as Leslie Chow in The Hangover movies amongst a number of other film roles since 2007 including Couples Retreat and Step Brothers. He has also had a career in television spanning over 15 years and is currently starring in Community as Senor Ben Chang.

Nat Faxon is an actor, comedian and screen writer, best known for his recent starring trole in FOX's Ben and Kate. Faxon will play Alan, boyfriend of Erica (Paget Brewster) who desperately wants to be friends with Tim (Rob Corddry).

The Cast - Rob Corddry


Robert William Corddry, born February 1971, is an actor and comedian and has been in the industry since 1995. He is known for his work as a correspondent on The Daily Show, where his cocky attitude during interviews made him a popular feature of the show. He has had a number of film roles including a starring role in the comedy Hot Tub Time Machine, and played Ben Stiller's best friend in The Heartbreak Kid.
He is also the creator and star of the Adult Swim comedy series Children's Hospital for which he won an Emmy Award in September 2012.

The Cast - Paget Brewster


Paget Valerie Brewster, born March 10th 1969, has been in the television business since the 1990s, landing her first major role in the fourth Season of Friends where she played the girlfriend of both Joey and Chandler. She went on to star in the comedy series Andy Richter Controls the Universe and the more serious drama, Huff, where she acted alongside Hank Azaria. She has had roles in a number of films including The Specials, A Perfect Day (with Rob Lowe) and The Big Bad Swim to name a few.
Her next big gig, and the role she has placed most in her TV careers was with CBS'c hit crime drama, Criminal Minds. She starred in that for 6 seasons before leaving to pursue other things, one being her passion which is comedy. She lives in LA, and for the past 8 years, has fullfilled that passion of comedy, starring alongside Paul F. Tompkins in the stage show, The Thrilling Adventure Hour, which is a comedy in the style of old time radio
